It starts with you.
It is important that each homeowner participates in the beautification and safety of our neighborhood. This can be accomplished by paying your annual dues of $35.00. This fee allows us to maintain the entrances, pay utilities, maintain a website, and pay miscellaneous expenses that occur during the year.
